the hotel had a great breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from, including cured ham and cheeses. the location was superb, just a short walk to the city center and close to some amazing restaurants. Our room had a comfortable bed and the gym was a good size.
The bathroom was a bit strange, with no complete door and a motion sensor light in the toilet. the room was a bit on the small side, and the walls were a bit thin.

What I liked most was the extra-large bed. I asked for a cradle for my baby but when I saw the huge bed, the three of us slept together. The staff at the hotel bar were very nice and willing to help you with anything you asked for. I needed to heat the water for the night bottle and they solved it right away. Very well surrounded by skewers (chelsy and crumbs) and a walk from Yamagochi Park
I didn't like the bathroom door, which is very nice, made of glass, but it takes away a lot of privacy. I didn't like at all that they don't provide kettles so I can have hot water to make my baby's bottle in the room, they tell you to go down and they heat it up without any problem, but going down at dawn doesn't feel like anything, being a 4 star hotel they should solve this. They didn't have a baby changing table in the hotel bathroom either, something I don't understand being such a good hotel.

Great buffet breakfast with a variety of options and delicious cured ham. Quiet location next to a large park and some tasty restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable beds and a decent gym.
Bathroom lacks privacy with no door, and toilet with a motion sensor light was strange. Service was excellent, but one employee was rude during check-in. The hotel feels a bit sad and gloomy with its grey and black decoration.

Good rooms.
Bad Internet. The high-speed Internet is slow compared to others and breaks off again and again. Internet needs to get better.

Clean, well-kept, quiet
Location, unfortunately, a bit out of the way - about 20-minute walk to the city - without taxi a bit far.

The hotel is located in a serene neighborhood, a bit away from the hustle-bustle of the downtown but easily acceptable in a 10-minute walk. the rooms were cozy with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the service is good and staff friendly. You can find some great restaurants nearby to dine at.
The lack of free wifi was disappointing.

The room is nice and free mini bar which has sodas and water only. I liked that it is near many restaurants, bars and bakeries.
The reception area is very nice and after seeing this the room was a bit of a let down. The room is fine, but clearly more time and money spent on the reception/lobby area where you can read the paper, etc.

We went to the "Running of the Bulls" which was about a 15 to 20 min. walk or a 5 min. taxi. The hotel was very schick. I would compare it to a "W" hotel in the U.S. It was off the beaten path from the "Running of the Bulls" but unless you want to party like a rock star and get no sleep, this was an excellent choice! We sat outside on the curb and watched the fireworks every night. The food was absolutely amazing! The wine and cheese was awesome and I can't stress enough on how amazing the food was!!! We only ate there one night and wish we had eaten there every night. It was little on the expensive side but worth every penny. If you are trying to save money this might not be the place for you. We would highly recommend this property.

We loved the peaceful location near downtown and the easy transportation options for getting to the San Fermin festival. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options.
Nothing, all excellent

The hotel is very modern and not too far away from the centre. Easy interlinking streets that you can follow using a map to find your way around.

Rooms were very comfortable, nice, clean and sizeable enough. Good value for the price. The hotel was located in a very nice street near university quarter. The street is full of very nice bars and restaurants where you can have a breakfast in the morning or wine in the evening. Very calm and quiet hotel. Also very pleasent lobby, where you could sit in the evening and use wi-fi, watch the television, very pleasent atmosphere and people. Walking distance from the city center.
I loved absolutely everything!
